We’re looking at different shop management systems for a heavy-duty truck repair shop. Right now we’re trying to improve work orders, technician tracking, inventory, estimates, invoicing, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
For those of you running diesel or heavy truck shops, what software are you using, and what do you like or dislike about it?
I’d appreciate hearing some real-world experiences before making a decision.
