They’ve actually improved a lot over the years. The equipment is newer than it used to be, and they’ve invested in training. Are they perfect? No. But they’re a legitimate way to get your foot in the door.
Highway66 is right. Swift’s gotten better. Friend of mine just finished his first year there - consistent miles, no major complaints. Not where you’ll retire, but solid for building experience.
