New CDL holder here. My recruiter mentioned I need to register for something called the FMCSA Clearinghouse before I can start driving?
Can someone explain:
- What exactly is the Clearinghouse?
- How do I register?
- Is there a fee?
- What happens if I don’t register?
Feeling overwhelmed with all this paperwork. Any help appreciated!
