Hey everyone! Cuban Papi here, been hauling flatbed up and down the East Coast for 15 years.
One thing I’ve learned - good food on the road doesn’t have to be gas station hot dogs and vending machines. I’ve found some amazing spots over the years.
My current favorites:
- Jubitz in Portland, OR - Their breakfast is legendary. Real eggs, real bacon.
- Iowa 80 - The restaurant there is actually legit, plus you can walk around the trucking museum after
- Little America in Wyoming - 75-cent cones might be the best deal on I-80
